Return & Exchange Policies

We don’t foresee this happening but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for any reason. Custom products may only be returned if defective. All products must be returned in a new, unused condition. We also need proof of purchase: order confirmation slip, package slip, or receipt.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the product to your original method of payment. Shipping cost is not refunded. You are also responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item. Sorry for all the boring details…

Cornhole Board Warranty
Our cornhole boards come with a 30-day warranty, beginning the day you receive your package. Warranty coverage is handled on a case-by-case basis to determine the nature of the issue before providing a refund. (Word to the wise: when your cornhole match gets heated, make sure not to body slam, power bomb or piledrive your opponent on the boards. That probably won’t be covered.)

This warranty does protect against all manufacturing defects. If we did something wrong, we’ll take care of it. Our cornhole boards should provide many years of entertainment, so that’s good news.

Mold and mildew are not covered in the warranty so please don’t just leave the boards and bags outside or in humid environments.

If your cornhole board falls within warranty, we will replace or refund it at no charge to you.

Cornhole Bag Warranty
Proline cornhole bags are just plain better than all others. Because of this, we offer a 60-day warranty on all of our cornhole bags, beginning the day you receive your package. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis but in general, if the bags break during normal usage conditions, we will replace them at no cost to you.

We know sometimes cornhole can get intense, but please don’t blatantly misuse or mistreat the cornhole bags. We can tell.

Cornhole Board/Bag Care
So this may seem kind of obvious, but cornhole bags are meant for playing cornhole. No shooting them with a pellet rifle. No throwing them at your siblings (as fun as it may sound). No giving them to your dog as a chew toy.

Leaving your cornhole boards out in the rain or snow is not recommended. If they do get wet, just wipe them dry before storing. Our vinyl shield is weather resistant, so our boards are meant to withstand the elements, but don’t get crazy! Keep them in a dry place when not in use.
